Terms of Service

The following terms apply to your purchase of Premium Subscriptions and other paid Services not identified on this page, in addition to the Privacy Policy.

Cancel T-Minus Premium

You can only cancel your Premium subscription from your Apple account settings. Your Apple account can be accessed either from Settings on your iPhone or from the App Store app.

Cancelling from Settings:

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription
  • Cancelling from the App Store:

  • Open the App Store app.
  • Tap your profile image in the top right corner.
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew every month or every year depending on the subscription you choose, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

    Refund Policy

    Payments are non-refundable, including fees and other charges.

    Premium subscriptions

    T-Minus Premium subscriptions, such as Premium Yearly, Premium Monthly, Premium Yearly for Family, Premium Monthly for Family as well as all the other one time payment donations, are non-refundable. If you cancel your Premium subscription, all of your Premium features will expire at the end of your billing cycle.

    All iOS refunds must be issued by Apple. Therefore, if you purchased a Premium subscription, please Contact Apple to inquire about cancellations and refund. You'll need to click the No Thanks, Continue button to connect with an Apple support rep via email or chat.

    One Time Payments - Consumables

    One time payments can be found under "Support Development" on the Settings screen of the app. These purchases are donations, you will not receive anything in return and are non-refundable.

    One Time Payments - Non-Consumables

    Astronaut Action Figure Suits represent the Non-Consumables. They can be accessed from the Profile page. These purchases are non-refundable and they represent items inside the app.

    The Non-Consumables are saved to your iCloud account and in case of app deletion and reinstall, you should automatically see them appear in the app. In case of any issues and abnormalities, please allow up to 4 weeks of development for the issue to be resolved. Alternatively, reach out to apptminus@gmail.com with the receipts that you received via email when you purchased a Non-Consumable and I will make sure to send you a coupon code to rectify the inconvenience.

    Security

    Payments are processed by Apple and Apple only. I do not have access to your payment information as every transaction is made through the Apple App Store via In-App Purchases.

    Changes to These Terms of Service

    I may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
